Beets with chèvre, honey, pine nuts and FredChill ™ Original


  • 4 beets
  • 2 rolls of goat cheese
  • Honey, liquid
  • Pine nuts
  • FredChill ™ Lime
  • Flingsalt

Do this

  1. Peel and cook the beets for about 20 minutes.
  2. Slice them thinly with a planer or mandolin, and distribute on 6 barrels.
  3. Roast the pine nuts in a dry pan.
  4. Goat cheese is divided into 6 and put on a plate, drizzle over honey and sprinkle Fredchill ™ Lime to taste.
  5. Put in the oven for about 3-5 minutes at 250 degrees. When the cheese has melted a little, it is ready.
  6. Sprinkle with the roasted pine nuts and flake salt and serve immediately.
