Ingredients
- 4 beets
- 2 rolls of goat cheese
- Honey, liquid
- Pine nuts
- FredChill ™ Lime
- Flingsalt
Do this
- Peel and cook the beets for about 20 minutes.
- Slice them thinly with a planer or mandolin, and distribute on 6 barrels.
- Roast the pine nuts in a dry pan.
- Goat cheese is divided into 6 and put on a plate, drizzle over honey and sprinkle Fredchill ™ Lime to taste.
- Put in the oven for about 3-5 minutes at 250 degrees. When the cheese has melted a little, it is ready.
- Sprinkle with the roasted pine nuts and flake salt and serve immediately.
