A taste from the sea with a little warmth these autumn times!
Ingredients
6 port.
- 1 kg mussels
- 1 yellow onion (s)
- 1 pinch Fredchill ™ Original
- 4 garlic clove (s)
- 0.5 dl olive oil
- 1 lemon (s)
- 0.5 jar (s) crushed tomatoes
- 0.5 dl cream
- 1 dl white wine
- 1 teaspoon salt
- pepper
- 0.5 dl parsley, chopped
- 1 bunch (one) basil, fresh
Cooking
- 1. Rinse the mussels and discard those that do not close.
- 2. Chop onion, FredChill ™ Original (taste here before the mussels!) And garlic and fry it for a few minutes in the olive oil in a saucepan. Then top with mussels, lemon juice, tomato paste, cream, and wine. Salt and pepper.
- 3. Put the lid on and cook until the mussels have opened, it takes 5-7 minutes. Discard the mussels that have not opened after cooking.
- 4. Sprinkle with the fresh herbs and serve, either with just a good loaf of bread or with spaghetti.
